Candace is amazing!
I went in there and could barely walk, over the 10 sessions she helped me considerably. I had a baby 4 years prior and not a single treatment before helped. I can’t even find the words to describe what a difference I seen every treatment I had. This treatment changed my life over 10 weeks, it is not a quick fix, but even my family doctor was amazed of how great the changes are, friend and family also are mind boggled how I straighten out and able to continue my day to day normal now. I tell everyone about Candace. I go see her at least once a month for a “refresher” now and feel so amazing Every time I leave her chair!

I wish I knew about Rolfing before spending many years in pain.

After trying to remedy my chronic hip issues with yoga and regular massage therapy (with no success) I decided to give Rolfing a try. Though I had heard that Rolfing was very painful, Candace’s work was very deep and focused, but never to the point of pain. Not only did she help my hip issues, but she helped identify and treat other structural issues that have significantly increased my flexibility, reduced my pain, and helped me return to my daily yoga practice.
Also, I was able to claim the treatments through my health spending account - which is an added bonus! If you’re sick of living in pain, I can’t recommend Candace highly enough!

I’ve done 2 sessions of Rolfing with Candace now and would highly recommend the experience to anyone! I struggle a lot with fatigue so I had recently started tracking my stress and energy levels by checking my HRV to keep an eye on it. Usually my stress levels were around 80% or higher and my energy levels were usually never higher than 40%, even after a full nights sleep. An hour after my first session with Candace I was feeling really good so I decided to check my HRV and my stress levels were at 38% and my energy levels were at 96%! I was sold immediately. Big believer in alignment and Candace was very knowledgeable and a professional in the field. Looking forward to going again!

Candace helped a sweet elderly lady I knew who had limited mobility until she worked with Candace. This sweet woman recommended Peak Rolfing when I had crippling nerve pain from a back injury. I started to notice results after a few appointments and now I am finished 10.. I have no pain, my posture and walk have improved, and I feel better than normal again. Candace's space was clean and relaxing, she knows what needs to be done, and has a wealth of knowledge that has helped me to improve my life! I am now a fan of rolfing...HIGHLY recommend Candace!

Candace is very knowledgeable, holistic in her treatment approach and provides great individualized care to her clients. She is very committed to the health and well-being of each client and it shows in the results you gain from her treatments. She has helped my joints in regaining lost mobility, released areas of extreme tension and soreness that I’ve had for years and helped me learn how to best help my own body to continue improving in between treatments. I highly recommend Peak Rolfing for any muscular pain, joint mobility issues, or postural dysfunctions. You will be in good hands with Candace.
