From booking to the day of our appointment, everything was seamless and pleasant. Erin, the owner, responded promptly when I first reached out to schedule a couple’s massage. The entire process happened over text, which made things especially convenient.

The day of the massage went just as smoothly. There was ample parking, and the setting was quiet, clean, and calming — an ideal environment for a relaxing experience. I saw Sana, and my husband was with Jason.

Sana was excellent. Her technique felt thoughtful and refined, and the pressure she used was just right. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a massage that felt so effective and well-balanced. I could tell she genuinely cared about the quality of the session.

My husband shared similar feedback about his experience with Jason — skilled, attentive, and professional throughout.

We’ve already booked our next appointment and look forward to returning. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience getting a couples’ 60-minute relaxation massage at Ambrosia Wellness & Beauty. They had us in the same room with very nice and soothing ambiance, and the therapists were fantastic. I felt very relaxed after. We have already returned one time and will definitely be coming back in the future.

I went here to originally get an eyelash tint and lift but after talking with the owner, we decided on lash extensions. She was thorough and unfortunately I can’t speak to retention just yet, but overall good experience!

I’ve had a monthly membership since 2019 when it was still under Annie’s ownership but over the last few months, the customer service has gone down. They re-booked me a couple of times with a different RMT due to another staff’s medical issues and I was patient with them as the new therapists still provided good service. Today, I showed up to my appointment expecting the same therapist I’ve been seeing the last 3 visits and was surprised that it was a different person. I saw my therapist in the hallway and she said she is booked with a different client for the time slot I picked.

I brought up the issue with Erin and she claims there are 2 RMT’s named Conie — she said she changed the spelling on the booking website so there’s no confusion: Conie and Connie. I just checked the website again and there’s still only one Conie, like it was when I booked the appointment 2 weeks ago. I felt gaslighted and I will not be supporting this business any more as she was very dishonest.

EDIT:
Erin promised me that my husband will be able to use my credit for this month to appease me in the moment, as there was a client waiting for her appointment in the waiting room. She messaged him back to say she will not be able to honor it and cancelled the appointment he booked.

This is probably because I left the original Google review. Poor customer service and she just violated my PIPEDA privacy in her response by disclosing sensitive health information.
