Great shopping experience at the Old Navy store in CrossIron! The store is well-organized with a wide variety of collections for the whole family, including a great kids’ section. The staff was friendly and very helpful, making it easy to find what I needed. The store also has a clean washroom, which is a big plus when shopping with kids. Overall, a convenient and enjoyable place to shop. Highly recommend!

I visited the store January 8th approximately 4 o'clock.Desperate to Replace two jumpers of my wife's sisters that my son and I shrunk in the wash. In my opinion, the manager at the store went far beyond a normal call of duty tracking down the same jumper from a store in BC. She provided true excellence in customer service, solving my small Problem happily and efficiently. Thank you for sparking joy. I will.
Most definitely encourage friends and family to shop here in the future.

This store is a large store with a lot of selection and variety. They have the store sectioned off with ladies in one area, men’s in the other and children’s and toddlers near the back. The store can be expensive but best if you hit up the sale items as they are usually more appropriately priced. The employees can be helpful but it is hit or miss with who you get. They have plenty of change rooms near the back of the store in the middle.

First and last time here. First you stand in line for check out, seeing 4 people just chatting away on either side of the cashiers. No care in the world that 3 people are waiting. Making eye contact, the purposely Ignoring.
Get to the till, the African American gentleman cashier, extremely rude. I said good after noon, how are you doing in return I get a “what” and “wait” till he gets him self ready. No courtesy, just plain rude.
A welcoming environment makes a huge difference to retain clients.
Honest feedback.

Waited 20 minutes in line, when reached to counter it was different price , associate said it was only for pants, however price doesn’t say if it is for pants only, wasted time and energy, disappointed.

False advertisement.
