Outstanding Service from Jason Kung at Harry Rosen Outlet

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of working with Jason Kung—a truly friendly and helpful gentleman. It had been quite some time since I last shopped for a suit, but Jason made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. As luck would have it, he showed me a double breasted suit that immediately caught my eye. It fit perfectly, with no alterations needed—simple and seamless.

I’ve been a loyal Harry Rosen customer for years, but the level of customer service I received this time—combined with the unbeatable pricing—was on another level. The Harry Rosen Outlet has officially earned my business for life. Kudos to Jason for the outstanding service!

Few days ago I got chance visit Harry Rosen to buy Suit for my father . I was quite impressed with the service. They have lots of variety and prices are way more cheaper than retail store. Very nice staff and Managers. Moe is very professional and went above and beyond to help my father. He had great sense of fashion and style. We will come back for sure. Excellent service.

Please do your future self a favour and ask for Hasmik. She works on weekends and she is THE BEST! With almost a decade of experience she knows her fabrics, quality, style and fit. She can turn a 5 to a 9 on a 10 scale. The attention to detail matters. If you ask she will provide EXCELLENT advice and matching different shirts, pants, outfits together. You won't be disappointed! If she's not there... the manager, Mahrad is just as knowledgeable and awesome ?
