I feel very fortunate to have had the privilege of getting my court attire here, including a gown, waistcoat, 2 shirts, tabs, and pants. The associate, Wyatt, was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. He was incredibly nice and attentive, and along with the rest of the team gave me one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. They treated me with dignity and respect despite honestly being dressed sloppily both times I came in. I feel the quality of the materials sold is excellent and should last me a significant period of time. They provided me with a generous gift to celebrate a significant life event which was deeply appreciated. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent quality clothing at an unparalleled level of service.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Seth Chartier. He was a consummate professional who was detailed oriented, thoughtful and funny as he helped me pick out a suit. I am not one to enjoy shopping for clothes, however it was a genuine pleasure with Seth because of his kind demeanor and steady guidance as we navigated options. He struck the right balance between providing options and his opinion while allowing me to simultaneously form my own. His future clients will be in great hands and I'd enthusiastically recommend him (and the store) to anyone shopping for men's wear.

I cant say I have ever had better customer service anywhere else! All the staff that work here are friendly and make the whole experience very personal. They certainly know what they're doing and give excellent advice! I only bought one shirt but it's my new favorite and I will be back.

Me and my partner were also accosted by an employee who aggressively asked what we were doing there in the parking lot. We were planning to go in but after that encounter we didn't. I feel they discriminate against those they deem unworthy to be in their store as shown with all the negative reviews here.

Response to the response: we were definitely profiled and accosted by a man that looks like Kenny Rogers. We did not park in the parking lot again. But we did walk through it but I guess that's not allowed either. You have to look a certain way for them to allow you near the business. So disgusting.
