I had a great experience here! I ordered a nursing bra online four years ago and have been longing to get a regular one because it was so comfortable. I knew what I wanted from a bra but I didn't know what style that was. Cara (or Kara) was extremely helpful. It felt like shopping with a friend. I was able to try on different sizes and styles quickly, and we even laughed together about my struggles trying on my first shaping wear (I didn't buy it). I left with a bra that is comfortable, fits all my needs, and the price was reasonable. I can't wait to wear it! I'm so happy there's a retail shop in Calgary - takes out all the guess work of ordering online. They had cute swimsuits and other things but I was on a mission for a bra so I didn't look. Highly recommend!

This was a truly fantastic experience! I really enjoyed how kind the staff were and they were all incredibly knowledgeable. Usually I feel nothing but dread leaving a shopping experience but today I left with a smile on my face. They were great helping me find sizes and fits. It was all around a great experience! The clothes are super cute too!!

As a single dad, shopping for my teenage daughter can be a bit intimidating—especially when it comes to something as personal as underwear. I recently visited Knix Canada and was honestly blown away by the experience.

The ladies who helped me were incredibly kind, respectful, and supportive. They didn’t make me feel awkward at all—instead, they walked me through the options with patience and professionalism, making sure I left with exactly what my daughter needed. Their empathy and understanding really meant a lot to me.

My first time at the Mission location last weekend was a great experience! I am so sorry that I can’t remember the lovely staff who helped me’s name, but it starts with an M and she had red/blonde hair and great eyeliner. She went through every product I had questions about, made me feel comfortable during the fitting and let me squirrel off and keep asking to try on more products. She was very organized keeping track of all the things I tried on and sizes I liked best, which was soooo helpful because I ended up in different sizes across products.
It was great to have a local store to shop at since I was having a hard time with sizing buying online. The items you get to try on at the store have been stretched out so you know what it will feel like after a few wears, which was awesome!
I left with more than I came in for, and absolutely zero regrets! Thank you!!

Super helpful staff, even though they don’t carry a size that fits me ( I’m hard to fit and I’m picky) they referred me to Understance shop and they were able to help me ! I did buy their lined panties and they are great! I will return.
