Ridhi always makes sure I am okay and comfortable during every visit. She's thoughtful and always checks in and asks if I need anything. They make each visit feel special.

I was referred by Family Physician to go to this clinic for Physiotherapy as I had shoulder pain & restricted arm movements. I did not have much hope initially as the issue I face was mostly related to age. I had 3 sessions in the Clinic. I was able to get back to nearly 60% of original movements & hope to recover much better by practising the exercises taught at the clinic.
I find the staff very caring, friendly, knowledgeable & skilled (especially Bhumika Patel) and the Clinic is well equipped for Physiotherapy.

I got deep tissue massage by Mrs K. was intense — in a good way. The therapist worked through knots I didn’t even know I had. It wasn’t always comfortable, but the relief afterward was worth it. If you’re looking for pain relief and relaxation, this is the one.
I got cupping for the first time out of pure curiosity and it was honestly impressed. It felt strange at first, like a strong suction on my back and thighs, but not painful. Afterward, I noticed a huge release of tension in my shoulders and thighs.
Totally worth trying if you’re dealing with tight muscles or chronic back pain.”

Not Going Again

Both husband and I had been visiting this centre for physio and massage for over a year. Recently I requested for a specific female massage therapist for an hour of full body oil massage, the lady who picked up the call asked me if I’d like to try with a male massage therapist instead, I of course said no because I’ll be naked for the massage.. I specifically mentioned the name of the masseuse I preferred and they agreed to book for me. Today, I went to the centre, she had a different massage therapist for me.

I took a day off for the massage today so I asked them why it was a different masseuse. The receptionist said that my therapist is on medical leave for months(while earlier they told me she went back to her country for vacation), so if that’s the case why would they book me in? Just a bunch of lies coming out from them.
