The massage room environment including bed was very warm. The therapist gave a nice, relaxing massage, and her hands were warm as well.

This morning I had massage therapy with Cherry Martinez. Simply dedicated and expert , remarkable massage. She knows her tatics to tackle sore spot. Her hands are gifted !! I left the clinic feeling refreshed. She even upon my request gave me a good head massaga. I am so pleased ..highly recommend . Can't wait to see you on my next visit. .... Charanjeet

Today was my first visit to Essence Wellness clinic, and definitely not last one.
I had a massage with Dr. Tara Chen, she was so professional. Staff at the clinic so friendly, and atmosphere very relaxing.
Highly recommended.

Extremely unprofessional staff, been calling all morning to see if they have a spot for a walk in. Decide to leave my son with the neighbour so I can quickly check if they can put me in for a quick IV.
Upon arrival I find out they have no appointments and they are very slow. Natasha at the front desk who is just chit chatting with other professionals at work doesn’t have time to pick up calls, or even call back after me leaving a voicemail. So I asked if , I could come in for an appointment, it was available immediately. Now the question is , do I just let the neighbours take care of my son for an hour when I asked for only 15 min. It’s very unethical to not answer the business phone and a client has to do so much to get service as a returning client. I want the owners to address this issue, take the staff through proper training. Natasha kept lying about how she called me back and left a voicemail. It shows the ethics she has learned. Professionals can’t operate because the operator at the phone is failing to do her job. It’s not about online booking, it’s about the principle a bussiness must abide by. There is no reason for me to come back to this location for any more bussiness, I am very shameful to have such unethical people running such professional bussiness in my community of Nolan hill
