Best nails in Vic. Kindest staff/owner and super low turnover as it’s been the same people mostly since I started coming 5 years ago. Found them totally by chance and really lucked out. Never once been turned down for a same day appt! Last month the owner and staff stayed 30 mins late after closing to hand paint the most beautiful flower on my toes. Super kind! Friendly, clean, awesome place! Thx for bringing joy to my month with my pedi :)))

I’ve started getting “fills” as the gel polish didn’t stop me from breaking my nails. They always seem to fit me in (I don’t seem to plan ahead!) Why not 5 stars? I reserve that for salons with upscale decor and special polish options

I’ve been a loyal customer for about three years, but today I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. I have an important event this weekend and made sure to plan ahead by booking a 9:30 AM mani/pedi appointment with Tony—the time the salon opens. I even called yesterday to confirm, and it was still on the books. Later that day, Tony called and asked if I could come at 10 AM instead. I politely explained that 9:30 was important due to my schedule, and he agreed.

However, when I arrived at 9:30 this morning, the salon was completely closed. I waited for 20 minutes, and no one showed up. No call, no message—nothing. I left feeling incredibly disappointed and disrespected. After being a loyal client for years, this experience makes me question the professionalism and reliability of the salon. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
