Had a session with Nik on Wednesday. It was my first time at Muscle Elements, a friend had referred me. The greeting was super friendly and Nik saw me right away. He was very thorough and made sure to take extra care of my trouble arrears around my neck and shoulders. He checked in often on the pressure and was very knowledgable about the muscle groups when asked. I could feel results right away and want to book again after he expands his hours. Afterwards I was offered Epsom salts and Nettle tea as a post treatment, it was great, I used both later that evening.

I recently had a stress relief massage with Daliah, and it was exactly what I needed. Her technique was both soothing and effective, targeting the areas where I carry the most tension, especially my shoulders and neck The atmosphere in the room was calm and relaxing, with soft music and pleasant aromas that immediately helped me feel at ease. I left the session feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with a noticeable reduction in stress levels. It was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for relief from the pressures of daily life.

Wonderful staff & environment! I see Carleen for acupuncture and she is so fabulous. The waiting area and treatment rooms are clean, warm, and inviting. Everyone is always friendly and happy to help. The treatments offered are excellent, and they can direct bill with most insurances. I highly recommend.

I found Dahlia through a Facebook group when I was looking for a new registered massage therapist. I had had a bad experience at another business and wanted to find an RMT that wouldn't be too chatty. The review mentioned that Dahlia had allowed the client to set the mood, if you didn't want to talk, that was OK.
I'm really glad I found that review and made AB appointment. I've been seeing Dahlia for a few months now and I'm thankful that she gives me space to relax. The head and neck massage is top tier, and not a service that is explicitly offered at other places. Dahlia goes above and beyond by sharing stretches I can do between treatment.
The office staff are friendly and welcoming.
The only thing I would note is that the walls are a bit thin if you get the room right behind reception, but I tend to fall asleep (and snore lol) during treatment so it doesn't bother me too much.
