First time going to body roll spa with my friends and it was a unique relaxing experience. Magda (owner) is with you to explain how it all works and demonstrates which area of your body you want to work on such alternating between your back, legs, arms. You can control the speed of the roller and intensity of the heat. This machine helped with circulation, clearing tension spots, and relaxing. The studio is spacious, clean, and dimmed lighting when sessions are happening. Definitely recommend!

Very unique experience! You feel amazing after using the body roll machine. Completely relaxed and invigorated. The owner is so nice and constantly working to help make your experience top notch. This tech is brand new to Canada and Sherwood Park is lucky to have this business.

INCREDIBLE! This experience was so relaxing. I loved the heated rollers and how I could adjust the heat and speed. Maggie was a wonderful hostess and walked me through all the steps of how to position on the roller to access all the right spots for lymphatic drainage and fascia massage. Looking forward to my next session.

Body roll spa is so wonderful! Got the body roll treatment before my massage and would highly recommend! I have never tried them before but would totally come back. Can target different body parts based on your individual needs. As a bonus Maggie is SO lovely!!! ☺️ highly recommend!
