Came in to exchange a necklace we had purchased online which did not quite sit right. The necklace was just slightly past the exchange date but they made no problem of it and ensured they made it right. Gary and Rav made the whole process seamless and beautifully packaged up the new piece. Will definitely be coming back!

I unfortunately had a very terrible experience with this location. I had a protection plan for my ring. I paid $800 for ring plus the extra cost of the pcp.I went in to get my ring fixed as missing diamonds and cracked ring. I. was told that all the claws needed to be redone.
With my Protection plan I was told would cover the cost and after this, my protection plan would be voided, but would cover it this time .I just needed to pay for the diamond replacement which was around $69. By the time I got this information, my ring was already with them for four weeks and I had to call the store before I got any information.
Finally, I got the call to come and pick up my ring, and when I got to the store, the assistant manager had noticed that There were over 40 messages in the company Talking about my ring.
After the assistant manager came back, he said how much were you quoted for your ring to be fixed and I said around 60 some dollars. Then he responded with well they’re looking for you to pay $1500 because your protection plan did not cover the cost of the ring.
With that being said, the assistant manager said I am so sorry on behalf of the company. Please come back on Wednesday and we will figure it out when the manager will be there.
Then he called me Tuesday the day before I was supposed to come and told me that good news we’ve got it down to $250 to fix the ring. When I was never quoted any of this money.
So Wednesday rolls around and I go to the store and I talk to the manager Rose about the situation and how I felt about being quoted around $69 to get this fixed and now they’re charging me 250. The manager went on to say if I had any proof of that quote and I said no cause you guys do not send out quotes and she said it would just he said she said on what went on. Then I asked her with all of those messages that went back-and-forth. If there is proof of what the previous assistant manager, Karen quoted me and then she went on to tell me that she did not feel comfortable, showing me what the communications were. So then I had commented that I felt it was slimy that she didn’t wanna show me the proof and hiding the real information. So after this discussion, I just said I just wanna pay and get out of here and I will not support you guys again and then she went into the back and decided to pop the price down from $250-$150 after I told her I would go to any other communications to let people know what I experienced. So in my experience I would not support this company, and after I went home, and I looked at the ring in depth the fix of the ring is very poor to the point where there is a different colour gold in one of the crevices of my ring. And claw fix is very sloppy and inconsistent .A waste of money with poor customer service

I bought necklace and silver ring from Hillside Location, Victoria BCyesterday November 15,2024 . Jewelry was nice but didn’t quite suitable for me. I went today November 16,2024 to return at Mayfair Micheal Hill location in Victoria BC. Store Manager Rose refused to do return because I forgot receipt at home. I showed my Debit Card info to them and politely ask them to print receipt from my Customer Port folio. District Managers of Micheal Hill Canada was also present in store. I requested his help and he was willing to do as well. Store Manager heard my conversation and started screaming at me and accused me lying and giving Mia information. This was horrific experience and decided to leave and told them I won’t give any business and suggest my family or friends to do any purchases From Michael Hill Canada.i did go to Hillside location Michael Hill and they did my return and was surprised to hear my experience and apologize
