Went to Flux & Stone with my mom and grandma. The ladies were so amazing and personable, filling us in on the background of each piece and how it was made. They helped us pick out the necklaces we wanted and even made the chain my mom wanted shorter to fit her neck. I 100% recommend this store for your jewelry needs! I will definitely be visiting again:)

The jewelry is beautiful and Mila was incredibly helpful and made the experience very enjoyable. She helped me find the perfect necklace and assisted in choosing the right length for me. She even chose a bow and box that would match ☺️ wonderful experience

How beautiful is the jewelry here!

I don’t ever wear jewelry and I still spent way too much time looking at it here.

The delicate chains with the small stones or something worth looking at .

There’s no doubt in my mind that you could find a precious gift for someone here or for yourself. I hope you get the time to stop. It’s a wonderful place.

Came in on Valentine’s Day to look at wedding bands with my fiance. The person helping us was super nice said they were under staffed and asked if she could email to quote to us the following day (Saturday). We said that would be fine and completely understood.
Five days later, we didn’t get a response, so I emailed their support email from their website, asking if we could get their quote and explained the situation.
Five more days later, no response, no follow up, nothing. Super disappointing as we’ve purchased quite a few pieces of jewelry from this store and like to support local businesses.

Disappointing Quality for the Price
I purchased a birthstone ring from Flux and Stone as a special souvenir to remember my trip to Canada, but the quality has been disappointing. For the price, I expected much better durability.
After just four months, the tanzanite gemstone chipped out of the ring. I wear my rings regularly but am always careful—never wearing them in the shower or pool and ensuring they’re stored properly when not in use. Despite this, the ring began to tarnish (not green, but definitely lost its luster), and the stone broke with no apparent reason. I didn’t hit my hands on anything, yet half the stone was suddenly gone after just a few hours of wearing it one day.
It’s frustrating and sad to see such poor quality in what was supposed to be a meaningful keepsake. I cannot recommend this jewelry store if you’re looking for durable, lasting pieces.
