I wanted to change my hair colour for upcoming vacation and went to @hairwithzari for balayage + colour toning. SHE DID AMAZING WORK the colour is so vibrant and gorgeous, the balayage blends my previously choppy bleached hair so seamlessly and just overall perfect work. ?

Victoria Scarpelli did an incredible job on my haircut! As someone with curly hair, I know how tricky it can be to find a stylist who understands texture and shape—but Victoria nailed it. She worked with such skill and confidence that I was shocked to learn she’s still a student. It feels like she’s been cutting hair for years! Her attention to detail and patience made the experience top-notch. If you’re looking for a great men’s cut (especially for curly hair), don’t hesitate to book with her. I’ll definitely be back!

Luck of the draw I guess! Thanks to Joe and Caillean, my hair looks better than my previous experience with another student last week that went over time and that ended in a blochy and almost dip dye result. It's very important to keep an eye on what the student is doing and speak up.

I have the photos of the first visit, what i looked like coming today after a week, and the final results. It'll look better in a few months when it grows out but for now, my hair looks healthier and the color looks more gradually done. Thank you for working on my hair today and helping fix my situation :)

Upsetting experience.

I called to book a hair cut and balayage, and they informed me it would take 5 hours. No worries, I'll book the time off work, and I was super excited for the day.
I get to my appointment where they inform me that they cannot perform the requested service because whoever booked my appointment in the call centre did not ask the required questions for the hair dresser to determine the proper time to do my hair. The most important question being, how long my hair is. Therefore, they informed me they could not dye my hair, despite me even wanting to get my hair cut to my shoulders. They tried to convince to get highlights, which I did not want. They then offered to reschedule, however I cannot afford do this and take another personal day off work.
I didn't want to waste my time off, so I took their offer to complete the haircut at least. For this reason, I am giving 2 stars, for the hair dresser who profusely apologized for this mistake and for their good work.
Otherwise, extremely disappointed with this situation.

Usually my services here have been great and I love the work done by students!

However, today is the second time in a row that the Spa cancelled my appointments (the first time they made me wait for 1.5 hrs to tell me).

I understand that they didn't have enough students but I don't understand why Jessica on the phone had to be so rude and mad about it. I've been coming here since I was a student myself and I've never been treated like that by anyone working there. I hope they re-train Jessica in Customer Service.
