I just had to share my recent experience at the Parallel Lines Hair Studio with everyone because it was absolutely amazing! As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that made me feel right at home.

The team at the salon is simply exceptional. My stylist, Natasha, and Christine worked wonders with my hair, turning my vague ideas into a masterpiece. They were so patient, listened to me attentively, and provided expert advice that really paid off.

The salon itself is modern and inviting, with a relaxing ambiance that made me feel so pampered. And I have to say, the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the salon were top-notch, which was really comforting.

It was clear to me that the team is passionate about what they do, and they go above and beyond to make sure their clients are satisfied and happy.

When I left the Parallel Lines Hair Studio, I felt like a million bucks! My hair had never looked better, and I've been receiving compliments left and right. I can honestly say that this salon is truly excellent.

Words escape me as I try to describe how much I loved coming here. I felt amazing from the second I walked in the door. Natasha is a kind and beautiful person who really makes you feel important and listened to, so easy to talk to that I just felt like I was visiting a friend. She completely fixed my bad haircut that I got somewhere else. I was feeling super distraught over my hair because I struggle a lot with self esteem and confidence but my hair is the only thing I really love about myself and I felt like it was destroyed by the bad haircut I had previously at another place. Natasha not only fixed my hair but because she did that, she mended something deeper in me and helped me feel like my old self again. I feel amazing now and actually love how my hair turned out and it’s all thanks to her! I will definitely be coming back for all my hair needs, and maybe a bit of therapy as well ? I love it here; this is my new go to salon and Natasha is my new hairstylist and friend.

I had Sorena colour my hair and Christine cut it! I couldn’t have asked for a better duo. It always makes me anxious dying my hair esp with someone new to me, but I was beyond impressed with Sorena she’s so extremely talented and dedicated to her craft. She did an excellent job getting me lighter and blending the colours nicely. She was very very veryyyy careful the whole process and she did every baby light with intention. The pictures attached are from my session with Sorena!! I highly recommend booking your dye job with her!

Christine gave me probably the best haircut I’ve ever had. Again, highly recommend! Couldn’t believe how my hair looked after. I felt like a movie star.

I’ve also had an amazing experience at parallel lines with Cairo who fixed a previous horrible dye job that I got done at another salon (unfortunately I cannot find pics, and Cairo no longer works at this salon).

But this all goes to show that this salon is full of amazing hair dressers, everyone here has blown my mind!

I'm new to Calgary and didn't have a trusted hairstylist. I went out on a whim and booked at Parallel Lines and I'm so happy I did! This is the best cut, colour, and styling job I've ever had in a salon. Heidi was able to replicate the photo I showed her, and personalize it to suit my style/appearance. She listened to me and provided her professional insight in a positive and supportive tone. She is incredibly talented and warm, just like the rest of the staff at PL. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist/stylist who offered me refreshments. I was there for quite a long time and one of the staff brought me sushi to eat! Christine, the owner, was very invested in my experience and overall satisfaction which was reassuring to know. I would recommend Parallel Lines to anyone new to Calgary looking for a new stylist! I have certainly found mine ☺️

I came here in March 2022, and I recommended this place to my wife, unfortunately, her experience there was the worst ever, they promised to do the treatment and it was such a lousy job. Christine is not ethical and she charged us 600 CAD and gave us a receipt for 205 CAD. The unprofessional job they did with the price makes no sense at all. In addition, they damaged her shirt and the chemicals were transferred to her skin, irritating his back. Christine thinks she can fix everything by giving us 100 CAD. My wife's hair is damaged and has multiple blondes, proving they don't know how to work on blondes.
