Always a great experience at Lululemon! The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful — whether it’s finding the right fit or recommending pieces based on activity. The quality of the clothing speaks for itself: comfortable, stylish, and built to last. I especially love their leggings and lightweight jackets. Definitely my go-to brand for both workouts and casual wear!

This store is amazing! Came in for a simple swap for a tear in my work pants and walked out buying more because of two people. Graham and Stephanie made for one of the greatest customer service experiences I’ve ever had the pleasure of having. I will be using this Lululemon from now on for any of my athletic or work dress needs!

Monday, 21 April 2025. APPALLING customer service. My husband and I walked into this store this afternoon at about 1:15pm and were greeted by a young man.

We proceeded to walk together to the men's underwear to look. We had a question about sizing. There were NO staff anywhere near us and ZERO other customers in the store.

I peered around the corner to the cash desk area to see if I could catch anyone's eye. There were two female employees gossipping at the cash desk and the male employee was folding clothes. None of them were paying attention to us and when we leftm they took no notice. No other customers in the store, and ignored by at least three staff.

Staff at retail stores are there to do ONE thing. That is to serve customers, which drives sales.

The staff at Lulu Lemon today lost a sale and we won't be back. Furthermore, what do you think we will say to our friends now when they mention Lulu Lemon.

This store deserves to go out of business. Totally inept and incompetent staff.

(I can buy underwear elsewhere, easily.)

I think the staff were more concerned about folding clothes and doing inventory than they were about giving customer service. The girls were standing around, but they didn’t greet customers coming in, nor did they offer help while people were looking around. Only one person was on cash and waited about 10 mins before someone else decided to hop on.

I paid with my credit card through PayPal, but when I came to the store to return the item, they refused to refund it to the original payment method and insisted on giving me a gift card instead. I really don’t understand this. Is this actually their return policy
