Bryce Delegarde presented me with an opportunity, then as a candidate to one of Lock Search’s clients. I completed three rounds of interviews, each of which were arranged by Jay Pinniger and his team. They would brief with me prior to each interview so that I knew who I was talking to and provided some relevant information regarding recent history/developments of the company. Ultimately I accepted a position with their client and am very grateful for the service I received from Jay and Bryce.
