I was a little skeptical having never gone here before. My journey to Excelsior not only brought me to a great new place to get my haircut but a great new place to eat. There was a little bit of a language barrier between us however that didn't stop the gentleman there from delivering a great product! I will definitely go back again, thank you Excelsior!
