Sasha at Level 7 is absolutely amazing! She did a fantastic job fixing my hair extensions who were previously put in by another stylist and got me to the perfect shade of blonde I've been wanting. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she's also so friendly and makes the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for great hair services!

Got my hair done by Sasha and she did everything right. She listened to my needs about wanting to dye my hair. When I asked for a trim and said I wanted no more then a few cm she listened and pulled through. She kept me constantly hydrated on a hot day. And made me feel relaxed and pampered. She saved my blunt a** bangs and layered my hair perfectly. She has amazing conversations and does her best to read if people. She’s super sweet and will take care of all your hair needs and wants

Update as of March 2025: the salon has only gotten better. Kirsty is so thoughtful and takes great care of your hair and really listens to what you want. Can't recommend enough!

March 2024: I had the best experience with Kirsty. She was so attentive and explained the process to me every step of the way. I'm beyond satisfied with my hair - the pictures say it all. She was on time and the quote I had for pricing matched what I paid. I take great pride in my hair and her work was cut out after a difficult bleach experience elsewhere. Five stars. Six if I could! She even offered me her banana because it was a long appointment. I loved the decor of the salon- even under renovation it was super cute! Every staff member I interacted with was genuine and friendly. I felt at home.

I got my hair cut by Kirsty once and I loved it. Today I went to trim my bangs a little and give them a different style, and I was surprised that it was free, and I liked the cut even more! Kirsty is truly someone you can trust when it comes to figuring out what style might look good on you. It's really hard for me to trust someone to cut my hair, but Kirsty is an excellent professional and also very friendly. Thank you so much, Kirsty!
