Fabulous studio, very clean and welcoming have everything that you need! Lockers for your things, a towel and you get to pick whichever bike you want in spin class. Would recommend Maggie's spin class it will be one of the best spin classes you ever attend and the best part of your day, she really gets you to put in the work and KILLS it on the music !!

I've been attending League for a while now, and it truly feels like home. The instructors are not only highly trained and knowledgeable, but they're also your friends. They genuinely care about your progress and make every workout enjoyable and effective. Luke, the owner, has built a space that's all about inclusion - no pretentious vibes, just real people pushing each other to be their best. The whole team, including the front desk staff, goes out of their way to make you feel like you belong from the moment you walk in. The community is incredible, and it's more than just a workout - it's family. If you're looking for a supportive, down-to-earth fitness experience, League is the place to be!

I’m not really where to start about League…
I have been a regular here since it opened 4 or 5 years ago. I found this studio not even knowing i needed it.
The quality of classes, instructors, and personal training has created life long fitness habits and adds to my life in many ways.
I have made many friends and so many connections and the owner also supports my small, local business.
It truly is an amazingly supportive, inclusive community and it is super fun!
Highly recommend to anyone at any fitness level.

I have been coming here for just over a year and I cannot say enough good things. I have been able to reach and maintain my fitness goals though the mix of variety the classes offer. The classes themselves are challenging while the instructors are knowledgable, friendly and happy to meet you at you skill level. The community is welcoming and encouraging and has built an amazing nonjudgemental space to focus on the shared goal of fitness. It’s a gym, but it feels like home!!

Amazing place to work out! The trainers are highly skilled, passionate and genuinely care about their clients. The trainers are supportive, always encouraging you to push past your limits while making sure you feel comfortable . The energy in the studio is contagious, with such a supportive community, making each session enjoyable and motivating. Highly recommended!
