Jess has been my coach for 1.5 years. She was my in person personal trainer for over a year and now does my programming for me.
Hiring Jess was the best decision I have made for my health goals. I reached out to Jess at a really challenging period in my life & she was gentle, but goal oriented, in guiding me towards my goals. As my journey continued, my goals shifted, and Jess shifted right along with me.
Not only is Jess skilled at what she does, but she is one of the most kind, compassionate humans that I have the honour of knowing.
Jess truly cares about her clients and their goals (whatever they may be).

Jess is phenomenal. I have been using her for about 2 years now, I took a break when I was pregnant and returned around 1 month postpartum in November 2022 and I all I can say is thank you! She has gave me back my strength, she pushes me while respecting and understanding my body is still healing. I always am so excited to go in; and a huge bonus is I can bring my baby with me. She is very good at what she does and her space is great, private and has everything you need!

Jess is such a lovely and encouraging coach! She truly has every clients best interest at heart and is super knowledgable about not only fitness but nutrition as well! Her gym is so open and welcoming with lots of light and space it is such a positive environment to be in :) Definitely would recommend Jess if you are looking for a fitness coach!!
