Tara is exceptionally thorough, professional, and communicative. Just days before listing, she uncovered a legal issue that could have prevented the sale. Thanks to her sharp eye, I was able to resolve it with the help of a lawyer she recommended. She remained patient and supportive throughout the two-month delay, and once we listed, everything went incredibly smoothly.

Her recommended staging services transformed my home—it looked amazing. Tara truly goes above and beyond. I had complete trust that she was working in my best interest and genuinely cared. I can’t recommend her enough.

Tianna Ford is an amazing realtor! She is extremely professional and always does her research. She was friendly and efficient, steering us away from several condos that were about to have extremely high special assessments, and she found us a beautiful home that was just what we asked for--and then managed to secure it for us at $10,000.00 under asking. We couldn't be happier. She suggested that our dog and cat approvals should go through before the offer was finalized, she attended the inspection for us when a spring snowstorm kept us in Edmonton, and she was pleasant at every turn of the road. We couldn't be happier. 10 stars out of 5!
