Richard and Liz were recommended to me through a friend. From the time I met them to the final sale of my property, I found them to be patient, hardworking, professional and I saw them as my ally. No Pressure. They are experienced realtors. The initial asking price was my decision, based on comparables and what I ultimately wanted to come away with. The sale price was close to what I wanted. As well, they took care of the sale, while I was out of the country. I highly recommend them and should I need a dynamic team to represent in real estate, I will reach out to them again.
