Lisa is a great coach! She made a customized vegan meal plan for me. Helped me understand macros and how to get adequate protein in a day. She helped me get rid of my chocolate craving and gave me so many tools that I can use going forward!! Highly recommend to anyone at any stage of their fitness journey! She will go over your goals and help you achieve them!!

After researching trainers I reached out to Lisa. First I appreciated how responsive she was. I expected to have to wait a while before she was available but within days I was on an eating and training plan. Lisa is engaging and personable and I appreciated that we are at similar ages and stages of life. She gets it from a real life perspective! I have learned so much from her about food, nutrition and training among other things. I have “trained” most of my life at different times but never worked with a trainer. It has been a life changing experience - truly transformative after 4 months and my journey continues. Thanks so much Lisa! I highly recommend working with Lisa.

Hiring Lisa as my personal trainer has been one of the best decisions of my life. She has helped guide me nutritionally and personally kick my butt once a week at her private gym. And it's not all physical work! Lisa and I dig down deep to figure out bumps and setbacks and has been a powerful and wonderful health expert in my corner.

Lisa also doesn't put up with any of my excuses and constantly course-corrects and motivates me to achieve my personal best. There is no way I'd be down over 50lbs and living my best life if it wasn't for her! We also have some really good laughs and I look forward to my recurring appointment with her every week.

I HIGHLY recommend Lisa!!

Lisa is a talented, seasoned and incredible trainer and just an absolutely wonderful woman to work and learn from. Lisa helped me learn about diet, nutrition and weight training. Being a client with limited knowledge of weight training, Lisa really encouraged and supported me to learn to lift weights - heavier than I had ever imagined possible! I was able to lose ~ 25 pounds of extra weight I had been carrying for many years in just 3 months and am in the best shape I have ever been in. Lisa is an absolute gem and I feel so lucky to have the privilege to work with her and cannot recommend her enough. If you are looking for a positive change and someone to help you improve your physical fitness, Lisa is your girl!
