Booked an appointment, came in on time. Knocked and no one opened the door at scheduled time. Called but only on 3rd call 14 minutes later did anyone answer. Wasted time and gas money driving there. Therapist called boss and said I never showed up when I was there. Unprofessional. Will never recommend it.
