I have been coming here for a couple of years. Initial reason was due to proximity as it is close to my home. But after getting really great massage treatments here, it has really helped me recover from my competitive bodybuilding training. Not only that, Tracy has been able to help me figure out specific stretches, myofascial release treatments in certain areas as well as help me figure out in the past what has caused my sciatica flare up based on what helped alleviate it. Very knowledgeable staff (I have had treatments done by multiple staff here). Coming here has allowed me to train at the next level due to improved recovery, while keeping my risk for injuries low. Another thing worth noting is staff really enjoy working here. They are curious and eager to trial different techniques to help you recover. I always ask what I can do to improve specific area(s) of concern. If you are committed to stretches, suggestions and recommendations they provide you with, you will see improvement not only during a massage but throughout your days!

Tracey is an incredibly skilled and gifted therapist who intuitively works the body in a deep and methodical way.
For the first time after months of getting acupuncture and massages during my travels, I finally have relief from shoulder/neck tension that was starting to affect my overall wellbeing.

They hire kids right out of college so I give their massage 1.5 out of 5. Plus my first Schedule massage They canceled within 8 hours of my massage then Schedule 2 massages and they were ah. Scheduled my 4th massage and they canceled again within 10 hours of massage. so safe to safe I won't be going back there.
