It’s really good shop but they have a little problem in store there is only one person working you need to wait a while but it’s really good shop I hope they hire more people thanks

I called this shop in the early afternoon from work to book an appointment for later in the afternoon because I had a busy evening. The guy who picked up the phone said they don’t take appointments and do walk ins only, so I said sure and went straight after work.

When I enter the shop there are two barbers and one customer getting a cut. The barber who isn’t working asks me if I have an appointment (?), to which I said no because they had said they don’t take appointments when I called in earlier. He said alright and then left for a break. I waited another half hour, and as the customer was still getting his haircut and the other barber had taken off, I walked out.

If you value your time, or honesty, I would suggest finding a different shop.
