Was referred to GoPerformance by a friend while looking for a new gym; we drive in all the way from chestermere because I like the vibe so much. my son’s in the kids MMA program now as well — he loves it and its been lifechanging for him (and the rest of us haha). The staff are always friendly and make an effort to know my family and I. Definitely love the local, more intimate personal vibes at this gym. love it. Big thanks to Doug and the team!

Very fond of this gym. It gives a homey, kinda bodybuilder style because of the worn-in equipment — all of which work very effectively, smoothly, and with a variety too ! Not my usual gym but very tempted to switch because of how peaceful this spot is. Great choice if you live in the area and are looking for a proper weightlifting gym. Waled was super helpful and friendly as well!

I have been going to gym for almost a decade and found this gym very reasonable with standard equipment that works great. Some put reviews about old equipment! If you are a gym person, old or new doesn’t matter! Standard equipment is the utmost importance. This business is a locally owned business and the owners care their business with love. They treat the clients with respect however they have rules so if you think you are an exception to the rules you might be selfish so don’t blame others!
The gym has also a martial arts salon, stretching salon and Sauna plus very good trainers if you are a newbie!

My son have attended this gym and only have great things to say about it. The facilities always clean, and well-maintained. The staff at the gym has always been great. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help or offer advice. The owner Doug is particularly noteworthy—very nice, accommodating, and always helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure members have the best experience possible.
Highly recommended!

This gym is almost an outright scam. They have a cancellation policy that insists you can only cancel membership at the front desk, and not through phone or email, even if you're already two time zones away. This policy is NOT disclosed anywhere on their website. The disclosure is hidden away as a few lines in a document that is multiple pages long that you get to sign at the front desk at start of membership and have give back to them right away. There is a very deliberate lack of conspicuous disclosure. If someone is trying very hard to scam you in one way, it's best to stay away from them in every way, because they are probably scamming you elsewhere. Another issue I ran into more than once in the gym is that the cleaning sprays were sometimes just water. I'm not sure if those were just some of the employees being sloppy or a practice encouraged by the management. The company is just not trustworthy.

EDIT:
The owner is playing dumb in their response. I had to make several phone calls to the front desk and engaged in long frustrating arguments. They eventually referred me to contact the business owner to get around the cancellation policy, and that's what I did. That behaviour is too scammy.
