The Gap Factory is great, especially at the end of a season when items are discounted further. They have a great selection of ladies cotton v-neck and reg. round necks t-shirts on sale. They have a lot of cotton-blend spaghetti strap tanks, which I've been looking for for a few months now - and only $7.99 (they're great for layering). There are the famous Gap sweats - hoodies and pants - all on sale, and in a rainbow of different colors. They also have a great selection of men's items, as well. I especially noticed the collared cotton-blend polo shirts. There's lots more in store. Super fun!

One of the best of the best service ever.
Cassidy is just amazing, she helped me out couple days ago with my shopping and purchasing and today without any hesitation she helped me out again. She had a amazing smile with amazing heart full of service. I really really appreciate Cassidy with her super great service. This also goes out to Stacey (manager). Hats off to both of them ? ? ? I came here with a little help from my friends. That was months ago. Selection is great and my little friend has clothes I bought him. I have 1 lounge pant, 5 shirts and 1 sweatshirt from here. Prices are very reasonable, a friend bought a shirt for me! Staff need to approach customers BEFORE they ask for help. That's my only critique.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at the GAP Outlet on the evening of November 19th. My boyfriend and I were shopping when he asked to use the restroom. The staff rudely denied him access, claiming they didn’t have public toilets. Later, one of them had the audacity to say that if we had mentioned it earlier, they would have allowed him to use it. This blatant contradiction is not only unprofessional but downright disrespectful.

When I confronted them to clarify the situation, the two ladies working that evening took it upon themselves to escalate things by fighting with me instead of resolving the issue. Their attitudes were appalling and completely unacceptable. Although one eventually offered a half-hearted apology, the situation worsened when they stood at the till openly gossiping about us, shamelessly mocking and ridiculing us in front of other customers.

When I went to checkout, one of the employees refused to even look at me, behaving as though I was the one inconveniencing her. This was deliberate and spiteful, making an already unpleasant experience even worse. The sheer lack of professionalism, customer service, and basic human decency displayed by these employees was shocking.

This was, by far, the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had, and it has completely tarnished my view of the GAP brand. I won’t be returning, and I’ll make sure others are aware of this disgraceful behavior. GAP, you need to train your staff in customer service and teach them how to treat people with respect.

One of the best of the best service ever.
