I had an amazing experience with customer service. The girl at the cashier (I forgot to ask her name) was super helpful and patient with my shopping and trying to apply my coupons eventhough the system wasn't allowing her she figured it out while she could've easily replied that it does work. I really appreciate her assistance. I hope she read this. ?

Banana republic is a very good brand for clothing for both men and women. And, this store is no exception. It’s average sized outlet with nice and clean shelves. Staffs are friendly here. They have good quality clothings specially for women I guess. You can get very decent shirts or jackets with reasonable pricing. They also have some discounts in the store and students get 10% off on top of that. I would highly recommend this place for your future shopping.

The store looks nice enough when you walk in but the staff are not very helpful. I was looking for dress pants, unfortunately the racks are not organized by size order. It would have been fine if just a few were out of order but that was not the case. I walked around with an arm full of hangers and when I got into the change room nobody was around when I went out twice to get additional sizes. The other woman waiting to try clothing on just walked in.
I asked about the pricing of an item and the sales person did not look impressed with my question. Thought it was a little odd to have a markdown of one penny.
Cashier wanted me to join the loyalty program despite me politely saying no thank you to her first offer. I will not be returning to this location.

This has been my go-to store for many years. Customer service has always been excellent except today. The lady in the dressing room was nice and very helpful but the cashier gave me a hard time. I have some vouchers that I wanted to redeem and I asked her about the discount but she was too rude when talking to me and when answering my questions. Because of her attitude I decided to cancel my purchase. I work in customer service and I understand that sometimes there is no time to talk to people but the store was empty and I was the only person at the checkout. She noticed that I was unhappy and tried to convince me to finish the checkout but unfortunately it was too late. I hope next time I have a better experience than today.

We were looking for a lot of clothes for an upcoming trip to Italy. We had our young kids with us. When one needed to go to the washroom the cashier said the washrooms were in the back. When we asked at the back, an old crotchety lady said NO! You have the go through best buy to use the washroom. We put everything back and left. We won't be going back.
