Fuzion has always been my go-to gym. I enjoy the atmosphere here - the front desk employees and all the trainers are really kind. Shout out to Nigel - best trainer ever! All the amenities here are great as well - you have a freshly washed towel and spray bottle to sanitize the equipment. 100% recommend - you won’t regret it!

As a long-time Fuzion member from Cambridge (over 10 years), I was genuinely excited to see there was a Fuzion location in Brampton when I started my new job. Unfortunately, after using this gym consistently for the past 6 months, I can confidently say it doesn’t live up to the Fuzion standard.

The gym is noticeably dirty. There’s a salt stain in the locker room that I accidentally left back in December — and it’s still there, untouched. That kind of long-term neglect speaks volumes about the lack of attention to cleanliness. The washrooms are also consistently neglected. There’s always hair around the lockers, and the toilets, sinks, and showers are often out of order. To make things worse, the lighting in the change rooms is extremely dim, making it hard to get ready for work in the morning.

I go to the gym at 5am and expect things to be in some sort of order, but the weights are always scattered across the floor. Racks are often empty even when the gym isn’t busy, and the weights that are available are placed in random spots, making it frustrating to have an efficient workout.

I’ve seen reviews calling this the best gym in Brampton — and maybe that’s true — but compared to other Fuzion locations, especially Cambridge, this one falls short. It lacks the cleanliness, organization, and overall quality I’ve come to expect from the brand.

Terrible Experience – Misleading and Unprofessional Staff!

I joined Fuzion Fitness along with my four friend and we were completely misled by the staff name Raghav. did not properly explain the terms and conditions, and we were rushed into signing a 36-page agreement without proper clarification. We were never informed that mid-month cancellations were not allowed.A few days later, a staff member told me the documents I had signed were incorrect and asked me to sign again – multiple times. Later, due to a personal emergency, I requested to cancel my membership, and the staff rudely said that I would have to pay $5000 to cancel! That’s absolutely ridiculous and unfair.
I only visited the gym 2-3 times, and now they’ve put my account into collections for something I didn’t even use. I feel completely misled and scammed. Be very cautious before signing anything at this gym. Their sales tactics are shady, and they are not transparent with customers.
Not recommended at all.

I’m really disappointed with this gym due to misleading communication and lack of transparency. When I signed up, I was told that I could freeze my membership if needed. What they didn’t explain was that freezing it would extend the membership period — this was never made clear at the start.

They also said the maintenance fee would be charged only once, but I was charged again within the one-year membership. That’s not acceptable.

I feel scammed and misled. Clear communication is important, especially when people are committing their time and money. I don’t recommend this gym unless they improve their honesty and transparency with clients.

On top of that, when I first joined, they offered a free drink in exchange for a 5-star review — which explains why they have so many fake positive reviews. It feels like everything is just a scam to get your money.
