He takes the time to understand your goals, tailor workouts to your needs, and push you just the right amount to get results safely and effectively.

What I appreciate most is his focus on breathing techniques during exercise, focus on core and attention to form — which has helped me avoid injury and improve my technique. He creates a motivating and supportive environment that makes even the toughest workouts enjoyable.

Whether you're a beginner or looking to take your training to the next level, I highly recommend body experience gym. His passion for fitness and commitment to his clients truly sets him apart.

I got training from Dasmeet, and the experience has been amazing! He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always push me to do my best without making it overwhelming. As i was a beginner in the gym he made everything very easy to understand and helped me to clear my basics effortlessly.Couldn’t ask for a better trainer—highly recommended!

Daz is helping me with my strength training exercises since 5 months. He has a remarkable ability to create personalized workout plans that are not only effective but also enjoyable. He has deep knowledge of exercise science and proper form, which made me feel safe and confident during our workouts. His energy is infectious, and I always left our sessions feeling stronger, more accomplished, and ready for the next challenge. He values time a lot & is very professional.
Being vegetarian I always felt less confident when it came to diet but Daz assured me that you can fulfil your protein & other essential nutrients by eating vegetarian food by suggesting meal options.
Thanks to Daz, I have seen significant improvement in my endurance and energy levels. I highly recommend Daz as a fitness trainer who is knowledgeable, supportive and incredibly motivating.
