I went to the store to get my wife's watch adjusted and engraved. Katrina was extremely professional and quick. We were in and out of there in 10 minutes!

Maya from the Chinook store is the best! I came in with a watch I purchased online and was able to get it engraved. Maya was very friendly and helpful in picking out the design and gave great advice on what fonts looked best on the watch. Very pleased with my experience at Fossil Chinook!
