It was my first time getting my hair done at this salon and I was so pleasantly surprised. Robin did a great job on a big trim to my bob and I love the scalp massage before getting my hair washed. The complimentary latte was also so nice as I normally get offered average drip at other salons. They even offered my fiancé a drink as well while he waited for me. Overall I felt really taken care of and love my cut.

Had my first appointment with Oksana today and it couldn't have went any better. She was lovely and put me at ease straight away. Everyone in the salon was welcoming and I've already booked my next appointment as my hair has honestly never looked better!

Had my first appointment with Emily!! She did an amazing job! I loved my hair cut! She was so helpful and answered all the questions I had. She also gave me so many hair care tips and suggested some great products! Emily was wonderful and the staff were very welcoming! Highly recommended!!!

I had the pleasure of having Emily as my stylist and she did such an amazing job!
I kept changing my mind on what I wanted and she was sooo patient, communicated everything to me and was honest and upfront with pricing and the outcome.
She was able to take me from a dark brown to a nice light blonde in one session and it turned out better than I expected!
Highly recommend her!

The most amazing place that I've ever seen at any hair stylist shop as long as I have been on earth!!!! This place made me feel right at home as soon as I walked Through those doors! I called for five minutes earlier just for a quick walk in and they were able to take me! Their prices Or probably the most inexpensive out of all the places in Winnipeg! They give you a coffee while you're sitting or drinks or whatever you wish on their menu of looking after the customer! As an example, I had a cappuccino while to get my haircut done! Unbelievable! The best customer service I have ever seen, now the hairstylist...? This young lady made me feel so welcome, and I was sitting in my own place and felt like I was a movie star being treated amazing with a start off massage then a wash and condition my hair, a haircut and then a washing condition again along with a little bit of a scalp rub! All I can say is this business has got to be looked at in regards to teaching other places, customer service and how to make everybody feel welcome just like it's their own place!!
