I just achieved 400 classes at F45 Symons Valley, for me, it’s a huge milestone and one I’m incredibly proud of! I started working out in 2015 and never really stuck to anything, until I found F45…. F45 has been the gym that’s truly kept me motivated and coming back. While I’ve tried, and I still attend other gyms—Pilates, Spin and Yoga, nothing compares to the unique community at F45.
This place has pushed me well outside of my comfort zone and encouraged me to achieve things I never thought I would. From hitting new personal bests to completing challenges I once believed were impossible, F45 has continually helped me grow. Along the way, I’ve met some amazing people, and I’ve made lifelong friends. Best friends…For that, I’ll always be grateful.

Last year, I made a New Year’s resolution to show up for myself, and today, I’m at the lowest weight I’ve been as an adult—something I never thought I’d achieve. All of this wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support of the F45 community which is spearheaded by the amazing owner and coach Nichole! If you haven’t checked out F45 Symons Valley. I highly encourage you to do so!

I joined F45 Symons Valley one year ago. It was one of the best decisions I made. I love the workouts and the coaches are amazing. They always help you with the workouts showing the proper positions and will provide modifications when requested or necessary. The members in the gym are wonderful. There is a community vibe and everyone is very encouraging and supportive. I cannot say enough good things.???

F45 has truly changed my life! I’ve lost weight, dropped inches, and gained so much confidence. The workouts are always challenging but fun, and the trainers are incredibly supportive. What really sets this gym apart is the sense of community. Everyone is so welcoming and motivating. If you’re looking for results and a place where you feel like you belong, F45 is it!

Cannot say enough good things about f45 Symons Valley! First off - the community is amazing. I have felt so supported and have made so many friends from the studio. It is an uplifting and welcoming environment. Second, the coaches are outstanding. Coach Nichole is one of the kindest and inspiring people I know. Coach Jorja is so positive and inclusive. Coach Jules brings the energy with her amazing play lists. Coach Nadine ensures our form is on point and corrects when needed. Coach Matt, a new addition, has shown a willingness to step in and let us know how we are doing. Coach Amy is so funny and easy to chat with. Third, the workouts are challenging, fun and I love the variety.

Basically, this studio has changed my life and I highly recommend anyone to come and try it out. You can work at your own pace and level and feel the results no matter what!
