I attend boxing training and I’m very satisfied! The atmosphere is great, and the coaches are professional, they explain techniques well, help correct mistakes, and motivate you to give your best. In just 30 minutes, you get an intense workout, a boost of energy, and a real sense of accomplishment. The sessions are dynamic, engaging, and suitable for all fitness levels. Highly recommend this place!

I love many things about 30min hit! Love the support of the trainers and love the support of the other women working out! I love that there are many things you can do at each station and that door to door it is 60 min total! Most of all, I love how strong I feel and am proud of myself as I am not someone who loves working out to begin with....lol!!!

I’ve been a member of 30 Minute Hit since January 2024, and I can’t recommend it enough. The trainers are amazing and genuinely care about your progress. You have a trainer on the floor at all times to offer support and encouragement. In addition to the trainers the other women you meet are just as amazing and supportive which makes it easy to show up, I look forward to each day.

I joined in April, and have absolutely loved it! It's such a fun way to work out, and the trainers are incredibly positive and supportive, and take the time to know you. There is a play area so you can bring your kids, which makes it so much easier to fit a workout in, and I always appreciate how much the trainers will engage with my toddlers so that I don't have to pause my workout to check on them. I have tried other gyms and workout routines, but they've been hard to stick to because I don't enjoy them. I look forward to going to 30 Minute HIT and have no doubt I will enjoy it for years to come. Thanks for everything you do (:
