I am loving F45 so much! The workouts are super challenging but totally enjoyable and the vibes are high! All the coaches are really knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable and welcome! As a busy mom who enjoys working out, I love the social community of this gym, it’s really nothing like I’ve ever experienced before! It fosters great friendships & a friendly environment! Highly recommend!
