F45 Airdrie is an amazing place and if you're looking for something other than the standard gym experience, this is the place! Great atmosphere, all the coaches are amazing and so helpful. I was a little hesitant at first, but I love it. Glad I joined the Team!

I’ve never worked out in a group setting before and I was a bit hesitant in trying but an ad kept popping up on my Facebook feed so I felt I would give it a try. I am so happy that I felt the fear and did it anyway! I honestly love this gym! The trainers are amazing and helpful. If you aren’t doing the exercises correctly, they will assist you with your technique. I like that the workouts are prearranged so you don’t have to think about what to do, you just follow along with what’s displayed on the screen or modify the workout to your ability. In my opinion, this is an amazing place, with amazing people and tons of fun!

It's a great studio with great staff and positive energy. You definitely get your butt kicked but you see results so it's totally worth the pain. Plus it's over in 45 mins. I am glad to have F45 in my routine now.
