Great facility with helpful and knowledgeable staff. My kids really like the day camps and we all enjoy the pool and play place. In the winter, we do the drop-in family programs on the weekends, like Backyard Play, and I really appreciate being able to get my kids some exercise when it’s too cold to play for long outdoors!

Our go to family swimming location!! The water is so warm and the kids love the different pool depths. They can play in the shallow pool then jump into the deeper pool. The dive tank is too cold for them but then they love the splash pad too. We end off in the hot tub. I wish the family change rooms were bigger and nicer but overall it's great here. We typically go Sundays after naps and before dinner. We've only ever had to wait one time for less than 5-10 minutes.

Loved this location! There is so much going on here. There's a gymnastics club at one end and Booster juice is near it. They have multi courts, then a hockey rink. The opposite end has a pool but i didn't get a chance to look at it. I did get a little lost trying to find where we needed to be but eventually found our way. Didn't find a front desk to be able to ask anyone for directions. The football wild is fantastic and there is also a running track with it. This center has it all. I'm sure I've missed a few things but would highly recommend having a look.

Me and my partner pay $140 a month to go here and 15min to closing you have staff pushing you to leave and flickering the lights- along with that the A/C is never utilized in the gym which is insane to me and I’m sure almost a health violation from all the bacteria filled stagnant air they enjoy filling their facilities with. Definitely worth it - not.

**UPDATE still paying $140+ per month for 2 people - the workers are so generous they even turn the lights off 10mins before closing so you can literally see nothing. Lazy people working here.

Awful customer service experience! Went in to get my workout where I’ve been training now for years with my go to slide footwear. Where, I was rudely approached by a sue Ferguson telling me to leave because of my footwear, when I explained I’ve been training here for years and that this was not written or explained ANYWHERE, I said I will remember this “rule” for next time and went to complete my workout, she follows up by stopping my workout and saying it is not allowed by there occupational health team who’s office does not exist and representatives - unavailable. Clearly they do not value there members and can not get things clear about there rules, treating customers like a joke instead of understanding the situation - sending members HOME over rules otherwise not posted anywhere! I will not be renewing my or my families membership at this location. And as for the employee, better service is needed, such an attitude should not exist in non-managers who are so passionate about un-evident rules, sending members home should never be the answer.
