Esteph is so lovely! I had the best experience with her as a personal trainer. She really helped me learn proper technique for many important exercises that I can continue to practise in the future. She also took the time to send bi weekly progress videos and plans moving forward. Highly recommend!

I trained with Estephanie for almost a year and she is by far the best personal trainer I have worked with. She pushes you when you think you don’t have it in you and I noticed a huge change in my body thanks to her workouts. She makes sure to tailor the workouts to you, your strengths and weaknesses (unlike some other trainers that use cookie cutter training programs). I’ve kept a lot of good habits that she instated in me and I am looking forward to working with her again in the near future.

Estephanie is amazing. You can tell she has a lot of knowledge and puts a lot of effort and passion in what she does. She took into consideration my previous injuries and tailored a workout for me to work around those injuries. She makes sure you always have the proper form and gives you 100% attention, but definitely pushes you to do your best. I absolutely recommend training with Estephanie, specially if you want someone who will help you achieve your goals, support you and give you some tough love !

Esteph is a wonderful trainer. Her energy is motivating and she always has great advice to make sure you are using proper form/ technique and as well, she works carefully around any preexisting conditions or injuries. I did some work with her when I was post partum, just before my wedding and she was fantastic in helping me achieve my goals. High recommend her as a trainer!
