Tera is an outstanding trainer/coach and person. She motivates you with kindness, but also pushes you when you need to work harder so that you do progress. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of training and if you have a particular issue, she will ensure she adapts the training and provides you with modifications when needed. Would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an excellent trainer and am so grateful she is mine!

Highly recommend Tera for personal training! She's so knowledgeable and always designs my workouts based on my specific needs and goals. Tera has completely changed my gym game and I can’t recommend her highly enough. I never lifted weight before coming to her, and I was nervous. She makes me so comfortable and really walks me through the mobility and form to set me up for success. It’s honestly astonishing what she’s helped me accomplish - it’s been 3 months and I can sumo squat over 80% of my body weight. I had no idea I was capable of that. She pushes me in a really great, encouraging way, and I feel so lucky to have her as a trainer!

Tera is amazing! 5 stars isn't enough. Going to the gym can be tough and she makes you feel good about it and welcome. She very much creates a safe space and I feel that it is a supportive environment where I am cheered on and not judged. I am feeling stronger and better about myself than I have in years. I love the thoughtful and effective programming she puts together. I am so thankful for Tera!!
