Excellent group of people doing such a service for the community! I appreciate the professionalism of the staff, and give kudos to the new child care area! The child care program leader is absolutely great and makes one feel so welcomed. I have left with such a positive experience! Thank you again, and would highly recommend!

Great centre that cares about the community. All of the staff have been very welcoming and helpful. We love the playgroup for our little ones. Its a very inclusive group. Teacher Ginny is great with the kids and always has a fun and educational craft for the kids, reads stories usually within the theme of the week and offers a healthy snack. Can not recommend her and this group more.

Has broken client confidentiality with not only my daughter with the youth worker but also the family support worker. They tried to convince my daughter to go into care with promising a 13 yr old independent living. I will be making a formal complaint

The place is very nice (the building is very well designed) and it used to be amazing! So many good memories... sadly years later I find the new staff is rude, uncaring and unprofessional. (They also take food and stuff meant to help families in need for themselves)... SAD.

Shell of its former self. Leadership has sent this facility to the dogs litterally and figuratively. I used the services years ago, and was a vibrant place. I'm not sure the board is aware of low morale and high staff turn over has this place collecting dust. The rooftop used to be a dry garden, and now, is a dog run. ?
