I highly recommend Derma Spa in Oak bay with Elissa. I’m Filipina-Canadian. I bought a micro needling package. She takes amazing care of my skin treatment highly skillfully and professionally. I’ve been seeing Sherri at DermaSpa for my lash and brow tinting and other spa treatments and I truly wouldn’t go to anyone else. From the very first appointment, she made me feel completely comfortable.
Sherri is incredibly kind, professional, and always takes her time to make sure the results are exactly what I want. She’s so thorough with her technique, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients getting the best results.
I highly recommend Sherri if you're looking for someone who’s skilled, gentle, and makes the whole experience relaxing from start to finish. She’s simply the best!

I recently had the pleasure of receiving treatment at dermaspa Nanaimo. I can’t say enough good about the office and all the ladies ( and Alex) who work there. I was a bit nervous with a few treatments but they made me feel so comfortable. These ladies truly are working to make you look your best and really care about it. I felt confident trusting them and love the results so far. I’ll be making the trip to Nanaimo from now on and foregoing my local treatments. Very professional , knowledgable with just the right sense of humor to make you feel at ease. Thanks ladies!!

I am in my 20’s and struggled to get rid of my teenage acne, I wasn’t sure what to do. Elissa is the first professional I have seen for my skin and she has been awesome! We have been doing treatments for the past 3 months and it has been great. Elissa has been so kind and knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything to me since this is all new to me. I completely trust her with my skin. She understands that I’m working on a budget and came up with a plan for me. She has helped me get to a point where I don’t have new big breakouts everyday (I never thought this was possible), and we will be working on my scarring next. Super excited to continue with Elissa and get the beautiful skin I’ve always wanted:)

I would like to make a big shout out to DermaSpa on Oak, Bay, Ave. Starting with the receptionist at the front desk. Always so kind and welcoming and very professional. I would like to also recognize Alex Russell, who is so very kind and fun to work with as a client. I never feel awkward speaking about what my needs are. He is very patient and also very professional. Lastly, I would like to say a BIG thank you to Dr. Kailey Winton! I was very nervous to have some treatment done she helped with my concerns. She was very gentle with me as well as extremely professional and kind. Her follow ups made such a big difference to me, phone calls, and then a month later a check up with her in person.
I was telling Alex today that my treatment was pretty well a year ago and I still feel the results. I will definitely go back. I always feel comfortable, even if it’s just a little check in.
