Before Core Personal Fitness, I never thought I’d be someone who regularly attended a gym.

The Athletic Therapy treatments that first brought me in were excellent for strength training and injury prevention. After being in an MVI, the Kinesiology support has been crucial in my recovery — helping me rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence.

The brand new equipment is really nice, and the monthly fitness challenges are a fun way to stay motivated and push yourself a little.

Riley is an outstanding Athletic Therapist and Kinesiologist. She’s knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely cares about your progress. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Great private fitness studio. The trainers are welcoming, patient, and fun to work out with! I needed a kick in the pants to get back to the gym and Core has provided me an opportunity to be consistent with my fitness and I enjoy seeing and feeling the results. I’m continuously challenged and look forward to my workouts there!
