I know the place, mostly because I take part in the ceramics open studio program there, and I only have positive comments about the facility and the staff. But I have never used the sports facilities so I cannot comment on it. The location is great, but I feel like it is not exploited to the maximum, by which I mean the park around could be a magnificent part of town, but it’s not really built for instinctual use. I don’t know if that makes any sense but to me, the fact that there’s a golf club in the middle of the park, makes it quite confusing as to where I can go whenever I walk around and where I should not go.

A great community place. Good gym, sport facilities, crafts and dance. I enjoy the 4km walk around the golf course. I have done it in all seasons. At the north end there is a beautiful ponds full of wildlife, mallards, wood ducks, turtles

Cedar Hill Recreation Centre is a fantastic community hub with excellent fitness facilities, a great gym, and a variety of programs for all ages. The friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere make it a great place to stay active!

This Rec center has a great art gallery, studio spaces, exercise classes, rental areas and a well run and brightly lit coffee shop where local art is displayed and folks with brain injuries are employed. Lots of seating inside and a small terrace outside. It's a popular place so parking can be a little difficult
