I’ve taken four Core classes at Breathe Yoga and can confidently say it’s been a transformative experience. The classes are definitely challenging – you’ll feel your muscles working from start to finish – but the results speak for themselves. After each session, I walk out feeling stronger, more centred, and energized.

The instructors do a great job balancing intensity with encouragement, making the class accessible while still pushing you to improve. It’s the kind of workout where you feel the burn, but also feel better – physically and mentally – when it’s over. Highly recommend for anyone looking to build strength, improve posture, and leave class feeling amazing.

I pushed myself too hard in class and I really wanted to thank the staff for helping me cool down. They also called and checked in on me afterwards to see if I was okay. I love this studio, especially the staff. I will always come back and tell more friends about it!! Amanda's class was amazing, we really appreciated the thought and care they have towards their customers. It was a rough week for me and they made it pleasant and worthwhile for us. Thank you! I absolutely love breathe hot yoga studio!! I have deeply enjoyed the warm and welcoming energy of this container. Each class has pushed me and grounded me in such a wonderful way, the instructors are each gems with there own rythem and flow. I feel very greatful to have found peace in this space! Also lemon grass towels are such a treat at the end.

I’ve loved my experience at Breathe so far! It’s always a welcoming and inviting space. Staff are friendly and the studio/locker rooms are kept clean. There are many classes to choose from that will suit your needs, whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for a long time

I’ve been practicing at Breathe Hot Yoga for about 3 months now and I’m hooked! The studio is always clean, the front desk staff are so welcoming, and every class I’ve taken has been a great experience. All the teachers are fantastic — special shoutout to my favorites: Lana May, Sara Gerow, Chris Rurka, Angie Lo… but honestly, every instructor brings something great to the mat. I also love that your membership gives you access to all three locations so you can mix things up and find your favorite classes. Highly recommend Breathe if you’re looking for a great studio with good vibes and strong instruction!
