I decided to try this salon as it was much closer to my house compared to my regular nail salon, and for my first time, I was very impressed! The salon itself is clean, modern, and inviting. The receptionist was extremely welcoming, friendly, and complimentary. I got a pedicure by Hanah, who did a fantastic job! She was very kind and friendly. I love that they have a 20% promo for new clients, and a loyalty program for further discounts. I will definitely be making the switch to this nail salon!

Thanks to the guy who did this beautiful nail art! It’s my first time at Aurora, they played some good Ghibli music and I really loved it. Excellent customer service, front desk staff were great! Will come back again. ?

Had a fantastic new set of solar nails applied. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with smiles and excellent customer service. A perfect latte was brought to me, just minutes after I was seated at a table. My nail technician was fast and very detailed. She suggested the right colors to achieve what I wanted and her shaping techniques were amazing. It’s hard to find someone that can make your nails look natural through shaping, and Selena nailed it! Thanks so much everyone! Great lattes!

Wanted to try Aurora because of how close it is to where I live and was not disappointed. This was my first time going and the staff are so friendly, kind, and welcoming. The location is also very clean and even had a lovely drink while I had my nails done. Lena wad my nail technician and I highly recommend her. She not only brought my vision to life, but she is so sweet. Will definitely be back again!

Came here for a shellac application with an appointment. Whole thing felt rushed and had to fix every nail when I got home by filing away the edges of the shellac that were messy. Came back for a removal and it was done by the same person but thought it’d be okay since it’s just a removal. Again it was rushed and she damaged every nail with the drill by making deep divots in each nail, clearly wasn’t paying attention to how much of my nails she was actually drilling away. Left me with painful, sensitive nails. Cheaper place than others but you get what you pay for I guess, though this shouldn’t happen at any price. Should be paying more attention instead of looking around while filing and rushing.
