I am so in love with my new set of nails!! I brought in a reference image for what I wanted, and my nail tech was so spot on in achieving exactly what I asked for ? definitely recommend!

I’ve been going to this awesome salon for 2.5 years. I originally went for an emergency fix from a problem from a different salon in the area. I was so lucky to have Katie as my aesthetician. I have had over two dozen appointments with her and I feel so lucky to have found her. They moved locations and the salon is beautiful. 10/10

Wonderful experience. My daughter and I had full acrylic nail sets put on. Both nail tech’s were friendly and fun delivering outstanding service. Our nails look amazing and were exactly what we wanted !! Loved it so much we are coming back for pedicures !!

Terrible experience! I’m a mom of 2 young kids who came in to take a break and treat myself to something nice! I booked in for a shellac signature manicure and I have never been in and out so quick! Literally 20 mins tops! I was trying to ask her some questions and for her opinion about my nails and she couldn’t be bothered to talk to me. She never spoke one word to me actually! She was clearly rushing and at the end didn’t even sit down to put my hand cream on! The signature manicure is supposed to come with a “hand massage”! If you call standing and applying cream for 15 seconds a hand a service that is simply unacceptable! You will eventually lose a lot of people over time if this is your standard! I will not be back and I certainly won’t recommend you!

Train your staff to talk to their guests, ask how their day was, offer suggestions etc! If the service includes a massage, offer at least a few minutes per hand and have your staff sit down during it and at least pretend to care! I am a hair salon owner here in the area and I would never treat my clients with such disregard!

I see the owner has an auto reply for complaints offering a “free service for your trouble” …..no thank you! I won’t be back!
