Jeanpierre: As a walk in, I was treated very good. Was able to get appointment for the next day. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My first visit was Dr Craig was very helpful. He was quite professional and explained what was going on. After the initial visit, I walked out 80-90% better. Pain was gone, could sit without pain.
I would certainly recommend 360 Wellness to anyone. Thank you Jean Pierre

I see Sara Hayes for massages and she is absolutely amazing. She knows the exact pressure to use, gets right into the muscles that hurt, and I leave feeling like putty. Highly, highly recommend her! The atmosphere in the room is nice and calm making it super easy to relax.
I went for a massage with her when I was pregnant and she suggested massaging my hips (she knew this is a common spot for pregnant women), which at the time I didn’t think I needed- until she started working on them. I didn’t realize how sore and tight my hips were! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and I’m really grateful to her for making that suggestion.
I went for a massage with her a couple days ago, 7 months postpartum, and I can’t stop telling my husband how much better I feel and how much relief the massage has brought me.

First time at 360 Wellness. A great experience from the minute you walk in the door! Easy process to get my first visit going. Had a deep tissue massage with Sara Hayes. Not only did she listen to where I thought I needed to be worked on, she proceeded to do exactly that and worked her expertise on those areas. Left feeling relaxed and relived of pain. Will definitely be going back. I highly recommend Sara Hayes for your next massage. You will not be disappointed. Five stars all the way. Thanks to Sara and the 360 Wellness team!

From the step into the clinic, the reception ladies were terrific. Friendly and courteous. Dr. Craig was professional. His down-to-earth demeanour made me feel comfortable and knowing that my pains would be taken care of. He fixed my shoulders and back pains.
