I had an amazing experience at [zevar Gold and diamond jewellers]. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was friendly specially sanjay and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They were patient, answered all my questions, and provided expert advice on selecting the perfect piece. The attention to detail and genuine care they showed made my visit memorable. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality jewelry and outstanding service!

Very bad experience with them.i took some money and my gold weight was 95 grams and they write down 84 grams.after that when I went there and weight my gold that is 95 .I paid my amount 9000$ and 2000 was left.on the behalf of 2000 they keep my 6000$ dollar price gold.i told them to keep one item which is in 3500$ rate and give back back my second item please when then they just fight with me.i have full right to sort out everything. No body write bad views without any reason.very bad behaviour and full of attitude.they don't listen to me because of happening.customer service and satisfaction is must than everything.

Customer service was very bad at this place, we bought anklets and went back to them so they can lock one side of those anklets, but instead of listening to what our concern was the guy started arguing with us stating that there is nothing we can do about it, although it was just a lock we wanted to secure anklets properly. They should listen to customer complaints nicely and shouldn’t
make their customers feel insulted in the store.

Normally I'd never write a review, but it's just crazy to me how difficult it was to hear a problem regarding you own product but instead of listening my problems the guy started arguing . He is literally annoying , you guys didn’t gave us free product n you should also take some classes that how to behave with customers.
